Pakistani designer dresses, shipped worldwide
Every piece is designed and made in Pakistan and posted from Lahore. Ordering from the UK, the United States, Canada, Australia or the Gulf works exactly as it does at home, with two differences: how you pay, and who handles the customs.
Cost and timing
Orders are processed within one to two working days, after which they are handed to our courier partner. Shipping cost and transit time depend on the destination and are confirmed at checkout, so you see the figure for your own address before you order rather than a flat rate that may not apply to you.
Complimentary delivery covers Pakistan. It does not extend overseas, and we would rather say so here than surprise you at the last step.
Customs and duty
Any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Those charges are set where the parcel lands, not by us, so they are not part of the total you pay at checkout.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan only. An order going abroad is paid in advance by bank transfer: we confirm the account details with you once the order is placed, and dispatch within 48 hours of the transfer clearing.
Prices on the site are in Pakistani Rupees. Your bank converts at its own rate on the day.
Sizing and returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days on unworn pieces with their tags attached, wherever you are. Return postage is paid by the customer, we do not offer alterations, and posting a parcel back across a border is nobody's idea of a good afternoon, so it is worth reading the size guide before you order. Our sizes are given as the finished garment measured flat, in inches.

Common questions
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Yes. Orders are dispatched from Lahore and international shipping is available. The cost and the transit time depend on where the parcel is going, and both are confirmed at checkout before you commit to the order.
Who pays customs duty or import tax?
Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. They are set by that country, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
