Our policies

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The piece must be unworn, in its original condition, and have its tags attached.

Exchanges for a different size or colour are available on the same terms, subject to availability. Our runs are small, so a replacement in your size cannot always be guaranteed.

We do not offer alterations. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering; most of our sets are cut loose and will comfortably take a size up.

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Keep the order total ready for the courier; we will call to confirm your order before it is dispatched.

You can also pay in advance by bank transfer. Transfer the order total quoting your order number as the reference, send us the receipt, and we dispatch within 48 hours of it clearing.

We never store your payment details on our servers.

We collect only what we need to process your order and improve the service: your name, contact details, delivery address and order history.

Your information is never sold. It is shared only with the courier and payment providers required to complete your order. You may ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to samnazahid@gmail.com.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and will contact you before proceeding if an order is affected.
